Sinus Infusion Steam Mix

Ingredients:

Sinus Infusion Synergy ( SVADD proprietary blend) with Clove Leaf, Camphor, Cinnamon, Ajwain, Peppermint, Tea Tree, Tulsi, Sandalwood, Frankincense, Pushkarmool, Neem, and Chandra Salt.

Directions:

Add 1/4^th tsp of mix to a pot of water, bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. (Optional: add 2 drops Vidanga Nasal and Sinus Oil). Place the pot on a level surface, place a towel over your head and pot of water. Breath in the steam for 10 to 15 minutes. Dispose of water. Repeat daily as needed or as recommended by your Ayurvedic healthcare practitioner.
