Course Highlights: This workshop is tailored for expectant mothers, offering essential guidance on practicing yoga safely, whether at your local studio or in the comfort of your home. By the program’s conclusion, you will have a thorough understanding of which poses to avoid and how to modify your yoga practice throughout the first, second, and third trimester of pregnancy. Additionally, you will acquire basic knowledge of the Ayurvedic approach to pregnancy, stress management tools through yoga, and simple yogic routines to alleviate tension, stress, and foster a connection with your baby. The course includes free downloads that extend beyond your prenatal routines.

Course Outline: This workshop comprises 14 modules. You’ll find modules dedicated to trimester-specific practices, as well as introductions to pranayama, meditation, marma points, chakras, and essential yogic tools for stress management. These modules are designed to help you manage stress and worries during pregnancy, provide techniques to keep you grounded, and nurture your bond with your baby. Additionally, each module includes simple test questions, which you don’t necessarily need to answer correctly to pass. These questions serve to highlight the significant points covered in the module.
