Course Duration
The course spans over 2 weeks, with a total duration of 3-4 hours. To make the most of the program, participants are recommended to engage in daily sessions lasting 15 minutes each. You have 3 months access to this course.
Course Outline
You’ll find modules dedicated to trimester-specific practices, as well as introductions to pranayama, meditation, chakras, and essential yogic tools for stress management. These modules are designed to help you manage stress and worries during pregnancy, provide techniques to keep you grounded, and nurture your bond with your baby. Additionally, each module includes simple test questions, which you don’t necessarily need to answer correctly to pass. These questions serve to highlight the significant points covered in the module.
