This was my first experience with prenatal yoga. The class hasn’t been offered yet at the studio. I was so impressed that when Irina found out that I was pregnant she took the time to learn and create a prenatal yoga class so I could continue to come to the studio and practice yoga safely during my pregnancy. It was a class I looked forward to every week since I knew it would help me relax. I learned breathing techniques to help during delivery and I learned poses to help alleviate some of my discomfort during pregnancy.
